Cruise Day 2

We enjoyed a morning at sea having plenty to eat, listening to a talk on some of the excursions and walking on the promenade deck. We docked at Ijmuiden after lunch then took the bus into the town centre then another bus to Haarlem.

We had a walk about the lovely city taking photos then sitting outside and enjoying fruit beer. I had left my coat at home by mistake but in the end was glad as it was too heavy so found a good half price jacket in the Hudson Bay store. We had an interesting walk near the ship around the marina and beach spotting some unusual looking beach huts which seemed more like holiday homes.

As you can see the weather was still beautiful. We made the most of it.
